Return & Exchange Policy

At Karachi Watch, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Please note the following terms and conditions:

• Products can only be exchanged through our official website https://karachiwatch.com within 7 days of purchase.
• Watches must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Any item found damaged, worn, or dirty will not be eligible for exchange.
• Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Exchanges are valid for items of equal value or we can issue a refund via bank transfer.
• Customers are responsible for courier/shipping charges when sending items back for exchange.
• Once we receive the original item, your exchange will be processed and couriered within 2–3 working days.
• Please note, all accessories or customized watches (if applicable in the future) will be non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

If you wish to request an exchange, a handling fee of Rs.300 will apply.

Delivery Policy

We aim to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday during working hours. We do not operate on public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

Standard Delivery (All Over Pakistan):
• Delivery Charges: Enjoy free delivery across Pakistan
• Estimated Time: 2 – 4 working days

Same-Day Delivery (Karachi Only):
• Available through Bykea in selected Karachi areas.
• Additional fee: Rs. 500
